Patient Relations Services personnel are ready to help the patients to solve their problem they experience and provide coordination between the patient and the administration and all those of insurance companies.
The patient relations services personnel working to support patients and answer their questions and solve their problems, and provide guidance for patients’ rights and responsibilities.
Patient Services members work to give special attention to the elderly and people with special needs, as they are required to quickly respond to all
– As they are always at your service in terms of guidance to place the required services from clinics or laboratory or X Rays or various other hospital facilities and services.
Patient Relations Services personnel provide adequate information and complete information about health insurance companies that deal with the Abha Private Hospital, institutions and companies contracting with the hospital to cover treatment services directly, from this perspective, you can ask them to help for procedure and photocopying.
Patient Relations team members can help in the administrative work required of the hospital, such as reception, medical reports, and social service.
During your stay, they will visit and assist you daily to ensure that your needs are being met. They will provide you a service questionnaire to get your opinion on the services provided. Also through the Patient Services personnel you may log complaints, and/or suggestions about all aspects of services or care that the patients or visitors have encountered.
